1. The 30-Day Guarantee

We are committed to the uncompromising quality of our matchday gear. If you receive your TribeSport order and the fit isn't right, or if it doesn't meet your standard for heritage apparel, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Our goal is to ensure you are fully equipped and completely satisfied before you head to the terraces.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags, embroidered labels, and packaging (including protective pin backing cards) must be fully intact and attached to the item. Garments that exhibit signs of wear, stadium debris, strong odors (such as smoke or cologne), or washing damage will be rejected and shipped back to you at your expense.

Certain items are strictly non-returnable for hygiene reasons or due to their nature. These exceptions include: custom-embroidered apparel, limited-run collaboration drops (which will be clearly marked as final sale on the product page), and digital gift cards.

Once your returned parcel is received at our Toronto facility, our quality control team will inspect the garments within 3-5 business days. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment. Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for the funds to clear and appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your initial order qualified for free shipping, but the return brings the total order value below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size of the same item, such as swapping a Medium Retro Kit for a Large, the fastest way to ensure you get the correct fit is to initiate a standard return for a refund and simultaneously place a new order for the desired size. We do not hold stock for direct exchanges due to the limited nature of our production runs.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods

We inspect every zipper, seam, and felt crest before dispatch. However, if an item arrives defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a priority replacement and cover all associated return shipping costs.
