By accessing, browsing, or using tribesportus.com, or by purchasing our premium physical matchday merchandise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, and merchants.

2. Products and Pricing

We specialize in manufacturing and curating physical sports supporter merchandise, including retro kits, heavyweight hoodies, scarves, caps, and enamel pins. We make every effort to display the colors, fabrics, and textures of our products accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly reflect the actual items. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or run limited-time promotions without prior notice.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product stock limitations, inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund immediately.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We dispatch orders to the address provided during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are accurate. Once a package is handed over to our shipping carriers, the risk of loss passes to you. We provide estimated delivery timelines, but we are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or customs processing for international orders.

All content included on this website—such as product photography, editorial text, logos, custom graphics, and software—is the exclusive property of TribeSport Heritage Co. Ltd. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our site or brand identity without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TribeSport Heritage Co.
